By accessing or using CloudOEngine.ai (the "Service"), operated by BompixMori Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CloudOEngine.ai provides a unified data and AI infrastructure platform that allows users to connect data sources, build pipelines, deploy AI workloads, and manage their data stack. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful or malicious code; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; or (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or harms other users.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by BompixMori Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
